Step 1 · Analysis only
First, measure where you stand.
We measure with our own technology whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok recommend your business — and who gets named instead.
FitsFor companies that want to know where they stand before changing anything – and handle the implementation themselves or with their agency.
Why this matters
You do not know whether the AI knows you.
More and more buying decisions start with a question to an AI system instead of a Google search. Whoever is not in the answer does not make the list — and does not even notice, because no visitor goes missing that could be counted. What is missing are the enquiries that never came into being.
What we do for you
How it works
Four steps, in this order. Each ends with something you can see.
Develop questions
We formulate the questions your customers would actually ask. Your company name does not appear in them — otherwise we would only measure that the AI can read.
Measure
Every question goes to four AI systems. We evaluate whether you are named, in which position and in which context.
Compare
The same evaluation for your competitors. So you see not just your number, but the gap.
Explain
You receive a report that names the causes and sorts the measures by impact.
What you end up with
No concept paper, but results you can check.
- Your mention rate per AI system, in percent
- The competitors that are recommended instead of you
- The technical reasons why the AI does not read you
- A list of measures, sorted by impact
Frequently asked questions
How do you measure visibility in AI systems?
We ask the AI systems the same questions a customer would ask — without naming your company. Then we evaluate whether your company appears in the answer, in which position and in which context. Measurement takes place weekly in ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and Grok.
Why is my company name not in the questions?
Whoever asks for a company name gets answers about that company. That measures nothing. Only the question an interested party asks who does not know you yet is meaningful: "Who offers …?" Only then does it show whether an AI system names you on its own.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO measures positions in a results list. We measure recommendations: whether your company is named in the answer itself. In an AI answer there are no ten places — usually three to five providers are named. Whoever is not among them does not appear.
