Is there a trial period?
We don't offer a free trial, but we're happy to show you the system in a personal demo. This way you can get to know all features in detail before making a decision.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The difference will be calculated proportionally. A downgrade is possible at the end of the billing period.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly in advance by invoice. After payment is received, you will receive your access within a few hours.
What if I need more prompts?
You can switch to a higher plan at any time or contact us for custom packages. We'll find a solution that fits your needs.
Are there discounts for annual payment?
Currently we only offer monthly payment. If you're interested in annual billing, please contact us for a custom offer.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer and SEPA direct debit. Individual payment arrangements are also possible for Enterprise customers.
