Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You enter your payment method at signup, but won't be charged until after the 14 days. You can cancel anytime before that.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The difference will be calculated proportionally. A downgrade is possible at the end of the billing period.
How does billing work?
After your 14-day free trial, your payment method is automatically charged. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. You'll receive an invoice by email automatically.
What if I need more prompts?
You can switch to a higher plan at any time or contact us for custom packages. We'll find a solution that fits your needs.
Are there discounts for annual payment?
Currently we only offer monthly payment. If you're interested in annual billing, please contact us for a custom offer.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
