AI visibility for freight and logistics
Anyone looking for a logistics partner asks specifically: "Who runs part loads to northern Italy?" or "Which forwarder offers temperature-controlled storage?" The AI names a few providers – and if you are not among them, no enquiry reaches you.
The companies named are those whose routes, cargo types, equipment and approvals are readable as text. Dangerous goods, cold chain, customs clearance, crane loading: these are the criteria selection runs on.
Many forwarders describe themselves in general terms instead – "reliable, flexible, since 1965". That applies to everyone and helps a model with no specific question at all.
How customers actually ask
Question types from our own measurement series, reworded generically – company, place and product names removed.
- „Who runs part loads to a neighbouring country?"
- „Which forwarder carries dangerous goods under ADR?"
- „Who offers temperature-controlled transport?"
- „Which company provides storage with order picking?"
- „Who handles customs clearance for third countries?"
- „Which forwarder also runs at weekends?"
- „Who transports heavy loads with special permits?"
- „Which provider covers the last mile for online shops?"
- „Who offers crane loading at the warehouse?"
- „Which company can add capacity at short notice?"
What is usually missing
- Routes are never named
Where you actually run is the single most common question. "Europe-wide" is not an answer – specific countries and regions are.
- Equipment stays invisible
Vehicle types, tail lift, refrigeration, crane, warehouse space, docks: exactly what people filter by. Named as text, the company becomes findable for matching requests.
- Approvals as logos only
ADR, AEO, IFS, GDP: invisible as an image, a usable selection criterion when named.
- Platitudes instead of a profile
"Reliable and flexible" appears on nearly every site in the sector. It gives a model no reason to name this particular company.
How we work with you
- Where do you stand today?
We ask four AI systems about providers in your field – without naming you.
- Building blocks for your site
Structured data, llms.txt, citable content. The fastest route when the substance is there.
- Rework your existing site
We rebuild the site so AI systems can read and cite it.

If the site no longer carries you, we rebuild it.
- Ongoing support
Weekly measurement and follow-up – without repetition any change is just a claim.
Questions
- Our customers are long-standing. Why be visible?
- Because tenders and replacement sourcing are increasingly prepared digitally. If you do not appear in the shortlist, you are never asked – even if you would be the better partner.
- Do we have to publish rates?
- No. Route, equipment and approvals matter far more to the selection than price.
- We carry for clients we may not name.
- Not an obstacle. Describe the cargo type, the route and the particular challenge – without names. That is the citable part.
- What does it cost?
- Scope and starting point differ a lot, so we discuss the price in a first call. The GEO check beforehand is free and shows within seconds whether AI systems may read your site at all.
